Yet another NEW Nearby Zoning request (June 2017):Paran Homes is actively building on the 16 acres of land at the end of Bob Cox and Burnt Hickory. To be RSL (Residential Senior Living). The site has been graded at the end of 2019.
A NEW Nearby Zoning and business improvement/change (June 2017):The Racetrac corporation is planning revisions to its store/fuel station at the corner of Dallas and Bob Cox Road. The work was completed in 2019. Did they apply for an alcohol license, which is believed to have been granted?
Recent/ongoing Nearby Zonings:Several zonings are under active consideration nearby. One is East of us and North and West of Mt. Calvary Rd. and Dallas Highway. This is to be a large residential area. The last view appeared grading work ongoing in late 2019.
The other zoning is North across Dallas Highway, across from the Nazarene Church, West of the Avenues and before the police/fire station. This subdivision is built. Near it (on the corner) is the new V-A facility, also near completion. Oct 2019.
The zoning on the hilltop West of Taco Mac (Lowe's S/C) has been approved as a senior living community. Clear-cutting of trees and grading is in progress as of November 2019.
