YEARLY SCHEDULE 
  • Sometime in April, we usually hold a "Work Party," where the clubhouse utilities are turned on, the pavilion, kitchen, and bathrooms are cleaned, foliage is trimmed, and some maintenance and repairs are completed.
  • In mid-May, we activate the 911 telephone (REQUIRED by Cobb County since we have a pool). 
  • In late May, we uncover, clean, chemically treat, and "open" the pool for use!

HOURS OF OPERATION

The gates remain locked with the "passage" lever-lock at ALL times. However, we do reserve the right to lock the deadbolt to the gates at 10 PM and re-open these at 10 AM, should there be an abuse of the Amenities. These times correspond to the hours of operation for the amenities as outlined in the "General Rules for Amenities" document below.

In the "off-season" (defined as very cold or freezing weather), we drain the water pipes in the clubhouse and pool area, treat with anti-freeze (there is no heat in our Clubhouse), and deadbolt the restrooms (as they are unusable.)


AMENITY RULES

These define the responsibilities and conduct of the Members using the LSCA, Inc. amenities. They were rewritten by the Board in August 2016 and adopted by a vote of the LSCA, Inc. Membership at the September 2017 Annual Meeting.

These are provided below and are also posted in print on the clubhouse bulletin board.

Guests are permitted to use our amenities under certain rules. They must be accompanied by a member and must abide by the same rules as any and ALL LSCA, Inc. members!
