This page contains the Membership & Boat Storage registration and payment forms.

 

Please print the forms appropriate to your family's needs, fill out, and deposit in the LSCA mailbox at 147 Lake Somerset Drive (The Clubhouse), or you may mail to that address if/as you wish.

 

• Please do not forget to add up the fees, and attach remittance to your forms.
• We now can accept credit cards for payment of these dues and fees. See the form for details.
• Also, note the increase that was approved as the September 2022 Annual LSCA Meeting.
