Board of Directors
The LSCA, Inc. is a voluntary organization, made of families and individuals living in, or owning property in the Lake Somerset subdivision, in west Cobb County, Georgia and paying yearly dues for membership. Of the 168 homes (35 on the lake), 149 have paid the LSCA By-Law mandated initiation fee, and about 100+ pay both the yearly Maintenance and Amenity dues.
As our neighborhood representatives, the seven directors/officers are always working with the interests of YOU, the members.
We welcome any and all help with on-going maintenance and improvement projects. Please contact a board member if you wish to volunteer, or if you have any concerns or ideas for the betterment of our Association and Subdivision.
