2024 Meeting Calendar

There are three (3) types of meetings held by and for the LASC, Inc. membership or Board of Directors. These are set out in the LSCA By-Laws.

• Monthly (or as required) Board of Directors meetings - Members with specific issues can attend.
• An annual meeting. Held each September, with ALL and ONLY LSCA, Inc. membership invited.
• Special called meetings for a specific purpose. All and ONLY LASC, Inc. members may attend.

Per the By-Laws, meetings are conducted IAW "Robert's Rules of Order." (Yes, the same as the U.S. Congress and Senate!) Although there are many rules in this book, we primarily use the Agenda as a basis for our meeting plans:

1. Call the Meeting to Order
2. Announcements and recognition of guests
3. Reading of the Minutes of the prior meeting
4. Officer Reports (President, Treasurer, etc.)
5. Old Business before the Membership
6. New Business proposed
7. Discussion
8. Adjourn

Below are the Dates of the 2024 Board Meetings. These are usually held at the Clubhouse (weather permitting) and begin (usually) at 6:30 PM. Members may attend, but in rare cases, there may be a confidential issue discussed that require "Directors Only." Please check the event details for more information!
